Successfully delivered by our website app development team, GetWork is an enterprise-grade recruitment platform that empowers the industry by providing a custom skilled workforce that connects 3 lakh job seekers with 3500+ companies.
Client’s Requirement
Based in Gurugram, our client had a scratch idea and a determined vision to bridge the employment gap faced by talent acquisition professionals and passionate freshers. They wanted to revolutionize the whole recruitment process while providing secured and quality job opportunities in saturated global markets across the globe.
Founded in 2019, founders Rahul Veerwal and Sumit Gupta discovered how difficult it is to reach out to prospective candidates and recruiters due to the functional disparities in the campus placement system. Soon they recognized the ever-growing potential of the online web presence.
Therefore, our client decided to abridge the gap by seeking out a portable solution for job seekers and companies to present at a place.

After understanding and finding the best solution for their requirements, we suggested our client to develop a website since people actively find the web as a reliable source of information across the globe. Our developed website runs seamlessly on different web browsers and smartphones to connect students and recruiters in real-time.
We allocated a Front-end development team that is well-versed in technologies like HTML, CSS where we extended our team’s efforts in resource planning and backend development. As a result, our custom website consisted of placement data management, a unique UI/UX design, easy navigation buttons, easy data syncing and a campus feed feature.

Redefining the existing campus placement and recruitment process, our website reflects to satisfy the demands of modern times. Seamless interaction with a real-time backend processing system made our client happy as views and downloads increased.
It took us 6 weeks to design and develop a fully-functional website successfully. About 3 Lac+ students and 18000+ colleges and institutes are active on this platform and so far enjoying its smooth interface.
