Introduction
Alder, an exclusive Indian brand was launched in 2004 to convert houses into homes with a commitment to provide premium quality. With innumerable happy customers across the country, the client was looking to develop a new application and re-creating their old website.
Client’s Requirement
Alder’s manufacturing and servicing facilities are situated in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi, with a capacity of producing over 15,000 furniture units in a month. Alder’s products are created in such a way that they are re-polishable and have a two-year (minimum) free replacement warranty.
However, the client inheritance system was in trouble, with multiple issues such as a completely aloof,& non-scalable platform, major problematic and underperforming features, with complex maintainability that was hindering the company’s growth and hampering the brand’s identity in the consumer market.
Hence, the client was looking forward to developing a new application and updating their website that is resilient, user-friendly, seamless, and has unique features.
Proposed Solution by Us:
When Alder’s founders, Mr. Anil Chadha, and Mr. Aditya Chadha approached Fi Ellements regarding challenges, we instantly started our work. Our development team suggested the client about the digital solutions-website and mobile app that can observably uplift the visibility of their social and web presence.
As per resource planning, we allocated a UI/UX designer to strategize a layout, an experienced Front-end developer team that worked on HTML / CSS development, and a backend developer who worked on databases and servers. To add further, a unique UI/UX design, easy steering of the buttons, and structured storage of data with a unique brand identity incorporated into the custom-made website

Summarization:
While integrating the process automation system, our custom-developed mobile application runs seamlessly on Android and iOS. While viewership on website increased exponentially resulting in increased sales of the published products.
The time duration was 4 weeks as our dedicated team delivered the app by doing different rounds of checks. As a result, our client was able to experience a happy & satisfied customer base.
