Founded in 2016, the organization is a multi-brand car servicing company, reputed for its professional expertise, customer-centric approach, and affordable means.
The company contacted us during their initial growth years and realized that in today’s technology-driven market, simply targeting offline customers is not enough. As customers prefer convenience at affordable means, thus, an app and a website could only make the process smoother and hassle-free.
Therefore, they hired us to design and develop a website and an eCommerce app version to build an influential online presence.

Previously, the client approached us to inbuilt 2 interfaces for their mobile application: Customer interface (booking and real-time tracking of car service) and Garage interface (organization, distribution, availability, and regular quality checks of cars). Our client was impressed by the model framework.
However, after careful consideration, the Insurance Management tool for car insurance and Operation Management Tool for the organization of cars were introduced. Further, being associated with Uber, they asked us to introduce a tool that we named Uber Fleet Management tool to offer car repair services to the Uber cars by tracking their movement through the Driver Application Tool.
We assigned our skilled developer and designer team to carry out a simple design for the app and website. After which we applied Front-end expertise including HTML / CSS development and Back-end development to add interactivity, scalability, and responsiveness to the app and the website.

While developing a stronger customer base, the developer directed all the website customers to use the app as well by incorporating a log-in option with just one click. Seamless interaction and smooth interface of customers between website and app were delivered.
